Has “Recovery Summer” done anything for New Mexico? No.

For a state that gave all of its electoral votes to Obama in 2008, one would expect much different results from Obama’s “stimulus” package. The reality of the failure of the “Recovery Act” is stark, and there is no better example for this failure than in New Mexico.
