It’s no secret that one of the biggest scandals of the Obama administration has been the targeting of the President’s political opponents within the tax exemption process. For no other reason than ideological opinions, Obama’s IRS unfairly put Conservative organizations into its crosshairs, effectively preventing legitimate non-profit applicants from rightfully attaining federal 501(c)(4) certifications in the midst of two campaign seasons.
