Fauci has lied to Congress and the American people about taxpayer funding of gain-of-function research in at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. What else is he lying about? Fauci may well be a monster hiding in plain sight. We have lost confidence in him and he needs to go.
Because we’ve been forced to see Dr. Anthony Fauci almost every day for the past 18 months, many of us think we know him, or do we? While the corporate media continues to praise and almost deify Fauci, new information is causing many Americans to rethink their opinion of our nation’s top infectious disease bureaucrat. The latest Rasmussen Reports survey finds nearly half of Americans believes that COVID-19 czar Anthony Fauci lied about funding virus testing in China, and almost as many want him dumped from the post he’s held for 37 years.
The survey, taken Oct. 25 – Oct. 26 finds that 49% said Fauci has not told the truth about U.S. funding for “gain-of-function” research.
When asked if he should be forced to resign as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, 46% said yes and 40% said no.
The survey followed the recent release of a memo suggesting the United States supported and funded virus testing in China, where it is believed COVID-19 started or was developed.
Rasmussen said the release of the National Institutes of Health memo that appeared to contradict Fauci’s denial that federal funds had been used to fund controversial research in a Chinese laboratory cut into his credibility.
“The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that only 33% of likely U.S. voters believe Fauci has told the truth about U.S. government funding for gain-of-function virus research. That’s a decline from June, when 40% believed Fauci had told the truth,” the analysis said.
As with all polls about Fauci, partisanship plays a role. For example, he remains popular among Democrats. Only 24% believe he should be ousted.
But among Republicans, 67% want him forced to resign.
Since the poll was taken, new reports have emerged that Fauci green lighted deeply disturbing research involving beagle puppies and minority infants and children.
In 2004, the Associated press reported that the National Institutes of Health funded medical experiments in the 1990s on HIV-infected foster children, mostly poor or minority.
The practice exposed a vulnerable population to the risks of medical research and drugs that were known to have serious side effects in adults and for which the safety for children was unknown. The foster children ranged from infants to late teens, according to interviews and government records.
Several studies that enlisted foster children reported patients suffered side effects such as rashes, vomiting and sharp drops in infection-fighting blood cells as they tested antiretroviral drugs to suppress AIDS or other medicines to treat secondary infections.
In addition, the group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) told Fox News that Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) funded research involving brain damaged monkeys, putting them in small cages and frightening them with plastic snakes and spiders.
“There is no reason for the disgrace that this experiment is and unfortunately, it is just the tip of the iceberg of what is going on at NIH, said Kathy Guillermo, Vice President of PETA. “NIH buys thousands of dogs, they subject them to experiments that only Freddy Krueger could think up. All of this has to change.”
Americans for Limited Government agrees. Fauci needs to resign or be fired. We cannot simply ignore his role in funding these barbarous acts of cruelty. He has lied to Congress and the American people about taxpayer funding of gain-of-function research in at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. What else is he lying about? Fauci may well be a monster hiding in plain sight. At the very least he is a liar. We have lost confidence in him and he needs to go.
