Check out this hilarious depiction of how the media is circumventing all constitutional safeguards and protections in this election by declaring Joe Biden president when in fact, that is far from settled. @Conservative Momma

Conservatives Ditch Fox, Facebook, Twitter. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. Conservative news and social media sites appear to be the big winners from last week’s election. Viewers ditched Fox News causing a massive ratings plummet after the election. It is now No. 3 in ratings and is being bested by MSNBC and CNN in news coverage. Fox was the top-rated cable news channel on election night.
Trump supporters are also walking away from Facebook and Twitter. Earlier this week the top trending free apps on Google Play were Parler, MeWe, and Newsmax TV. Parler and MeWe are conservative alternatives to Twitter and Facebook respectively. Parler is currently the top trending free app on the Apple App Store, as well. MeWe and Newmax are the 6thand 7th most popular apps on that site respectively.
One recent college graduate who moved from Twitter to Parler called it a place where the First Amendment is taken seriously.

Legitimacy of election hinges on verifiable recounts of absentee ballots in PA, MI, WI, GA, AZ:
http://dailytorch.com/2020/11/bidens-legitimacy-if-he-wins-will-hinge-on-verifiable-recounts-of-absentee-ballots-in-pennsylvania-and-other-legally-contested-states/
Where are the envelopes? That is the question every single Republican Party lawyer contesting the results of absentee mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona ought to be asking in courts in order to determine how many ballots were submitted after legal Election Day deadlines or were otherwise potentially illegitimate because the signatures or addresses didn’t match, or if the voter was even on the voter rolls. Without those envelopes, which have now been separated without opportunities by GOP poll watchers entitled under state laws to examine, it may now be impossible to determine whether or not these were properly submitted and counted. Meaning, with the ballots separated from the envelopes, even if courts were to order recounts in all of these states — which they should — providing an opportunity for examination of the ballots to occur, ballot by ballot, it may be impossible to trace them back to the voters on file and determine if that person was eligible or not, and if it was submitted in time. At that stage, the only possible remedy might be to invalidate the count, either by the courts or by the state legislature when it comes to assigning electors, again, assuming it is no longer possible to reconnect the uninspected absentee ballots with their envelopes. That’s where this is going. And if Joe Biden, even if he wins, then finds he lacks the legitimacy to govern with a mandate, he will have no one to blame but the local Democratic Parties that botched the counting of absentee ballots by blocking legitimate Republican poll watchers in clear violation of state laws. Way to go, Joe.

All eyes on Georgia! With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. With the final outcomes of the presidential race and three U.S. Senate races still in question, what happens next in Georgia could determine the fate of our nation. No hyperbole. Both incumbent senators – David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler face runoff elections in January.
Those two seats could determine the balance of power in the Senate: for either limited government and freedom or for big government tyranny.
For many in Georgia, these elections could hinge on gun rights — but if Democrats gain control of 50 senate seats, and the vice presidency, they will be in a position to rewrite senate rules.
That opens the door to packing the U.S. Supreme Court, granting statehood to both D.C. and Puerto Rico, which would presumably add four Democrat senators. We are then looking at higher taxes, and the job-killing Green New Deal. It would be the end of our country as we know it.

Dishonest media strikes again! with the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen.
When Pfizer announced this week they have a vaccine that is more than 90% effective in preventing COVID-19, it should have been a moment to celebrate yet another Trump administration achievement. Instead, news outlets such as Newsweek, the New York Times and Washington Post sought to make sure President Donald Trump got no credit for it. The head of vaccine development at Pfizer told the New York Times, “We have never taken money from the US government or from anyone,” and then went on to claim Pfizer was never a part of Trump’s Operation Warp Speed. Not so fast, Pfizer. A quick Google search finds a Pfizer press release from July announcing that the U.S. government placed an initial order from Pfizer of 100 million doses for $1.95 billion.
While no money went specifically into the vaccine’s research and development, Pfizer did take government money, and was forced to walk back Jansen’s statement.
Despicable, but sadly predictable. For more check us out at the Daily Torch.com

Were there enough illegal votes in Pennsylvania to flip the state to President Trump?
http://dailytorch.com/2020/11/were-there-enough-illegal-votes-in-pennsylvania-to-flip-the-state-to-president-trump/
Ballots in Pennsylvania continue to be counted, and former Vice President Joe Biden is leading President Donald Trump there by about 45,000 votes. To date, it is still unknown how many ballots were received after Pennsylvania’s statutory deadline of 8 p.m. on Nov. 3. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court arbitrarily extended that deadline to Nov. 6 at 5 p.m., in violation of state law, which states, “No absentee ballot under this subsection shall be counted which is received in the office of the county board of elections later than eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the primary or election.” Article I, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution states, “The times, places, and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof…” Luzerne County, a Republican county, has provided a tally of late ballots, noting a “total of 149,103 votes, [and] only 255 mail-in and absentee ballots were received between 8:00 P.M. on Election Day and 5:00 P.M.” It’s a tiny fraction, but adjusted, if representative of the entire state, that works out to about 13,500 or so ineligible votes in a race decided by 45,000 votes, it’s about 30 percent of the victory margin, and if discounted, more than enough to initiate an automatic recount at the 34,000 threshold, assuming they were ever a part of the initial count. And that’s just the illegal late ballots. That is not even considering other potential ineligible ballots that are in play, including absentee ballots that did not have a matching signature, had the wrong address, or were allegedly cured by poll workers without the voter present. Do you think there are enough potentially illegal votes in Pennsylvania to change the outcome?
