The Supreme Court confirms that the Roe v. Wade draft opinion revealed last night by Politico is authentic. This represent nothing less than an attack on the American judicial system at the highest levels. Chief Justice Roberts has ordered an investigation into the leak. He characterized the action as betraying the confidence of the Court and intending to undermine the integrity of operations.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Justice Alito writes in an initial majority draft circulated inside the court.
