EPA Carbon Regulations Would Eliminate Jobs, Tax Businesses

Today the Senate will vote on Lisa Murkowski’s resolution to block the EPA from enforcing its carbon dioxide endangerment finding. The vote is expected around 3:45 pm eastern.
