The Daily Wrap-Up according to Adam Bitely:

Obey stalls Afghan war spending to get public sector union bailouts. The true face of David Obey and his Democrat allies in Congress was exposed yesterday. Retiring Rep. Donald Berwick: Will we ration Health Care with our eyes open? While many were criticized for suggesting that rationing would happen in America if ObamaCare came to pass, the people that Obama is putting in place openly support such schemes. If the government thinks people are going to sit idly by and continue their normal routines come Jan. 1, 2011, when President Bush’s tax cuts expire, it is wrong. Americans will change and adapt to new tax rates by whatever means benefit them—not the government.
