Harry Reid: Claims of first amendment rights violations are ‘so senseless’

By Adam Bitely — Harry Reid, on the Senate floor belittling the valid concerns of millions of Americans regarding the contraception/church issue, said that people claiming first amendment violations, specifically a claim that forcing contraception on the churches would be a violation of the freedom of religion, is “so senseless”. Harry must have never read the Bill of Rights–which isn’t surprising.

See it for yourself:

“They’re talking about First Amendment rights, the Constitution, and I appreciate that, but Mr. President, that is so senseless,” said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on the U.S. Senate Floor earlier today.

Unbelievable. This is yet another attempt from the government to belittle certain segments of the population and ultimately gain more power over everyone.
