President Barack Obama’s fifth State of the Union address could be described as ineffective and self-indulgent at best. But perhaps more accurately, 2013’s most egregious liar from Washington D.C. (which puts him high in the running for most egregious worldwide) got off to a fast start with his January address to Congress.
