Each of these statements are remarkably disingenuous given the President abysmal record on alternative education and school choice programs for financially underprivileged children.
In the President’s own 2013 budget submitted to Congress, he proposed cutting the extremely successful D.C. Opportunity Scholarship program in its entirety.
Besides, isn’t this what the entire public education system is supposed to do?
