Newly proposed IRS regulations (IRS REG-134417-13) have been announced that significantly hinder the rights of non-profit groups like Americans for Limited Government to critically examine and report about the activities of elected officials in Washington.

Before the regulation is approved, everyone has the right to comment on these regulations and federal law mandates federal regulators to read and acknowledge each comment.
