North Carolina businessman sees opportunity in down economy

Gary Gregory Twigg seems to keep a positive outlook no matter what. He has worked in consulting for many years and speaks on one of the groups he recently worked with. He believes they don’t need the government to help and says there is opportunity ahead in our economy.
