Baibolat Kunbolatuuly’s brother is imprisoned in a Chinese Communist Party concentration camp.

Kunbolatuuly says his brother was imprisoned for no reason for 1 1/2 years. That sentence turned into 10 years. He is worried about his brother and doesn’t know if he is dead or alive.
