Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced a new Texas Tactical Border Force ahead of the expiration of former President Trump’s Title 42 public health order expiring on Thursday. In addition to this force having extensive resources such as Black Hawk helicopters and C-130s, Abbott stated that the Texas legislature is working on harsh felony laws that would help deter smuggling and illegal immigration.
