One pivotal byproduct of President Donald Trump’s second term is that it continues to expose the mainstream media’s brazen allegiance to propping up what remains of the Democratic Party at the expense of the American people.
President Trump’s mere existence as the head of state is once again incensing the mainstream media and exposing their overly cozy relationship with the Democratic Party.
However, the complete lack of objectivity in covering the President since his emergence into politics in 2016 has been as much a tipping point for many Americans as Trump’s promises to put America First.
The media’s increasingly blatant agenda has exposed in broad daylight not only their allegiance to the left but their bizarre desire to see the United States fail on nearly every metric related to safety, sovereignty, independence, and freedom.
That realization has created a ricochet effect for many voters who are finding themselves mistrusting the mainstream media altogether after a blatant attempt to mislead them for the past eight years.
Vice President J.D. Vance touched on the Trump administration’s approach to dealing with the left-wing media mob in a recent Fox News interview. Vance spoke on differentiating between journalists that lean to the left, and propagandists whose primary objectives are twisting the facts to fit their self-serving narratives.
“I actually think that we are looking very seriously about which reporters show up”, Vance said of reporters at the White House. “Because if you’re a reporter, even if you’re biased toward the left, absolutely we want to answer your questions,” Vance continued. “If you’re a propagandist for the Democratic Party, then we’re going to treat you like a propogandist for the Democratic Party.”
The vast majority of Americans believe something the mainstream media mob will never admit to – that media coverage of Trump is overwhelmingly negative, and that the media ultimately wants Trump to fail in his quest to restore America.
A YouGov poll released February 4th shows that 57 percent of Americans have not very much trust or none at all in the media to state the facts accurately and fairly. Just four percent have a great deal of trust in the media to state the facts accurately and fairly and 24 percent have only a fair amount of trust.
Americans say by an alarming 27 points – 43 percent to 16 percent – that the mainstream media wants to see President Trump fail in leading the country. Trust in the mainstream media is at a record low.
A YouGov poll released in December found a mere eight percent of Americans strongly agree the media “generally acts in the best interests of Americans”.
When we are witnessing an unholy alliance between the elite political class and the leftwing media intent on seeing the President fail, it isn’t surprising the media’s blatant bias against Trump is a catalyst for alternative viewpoints.
The media apparatus operates under the belief that by discrediting and silencing conservatives their own agenda will prevail. What they fail to understand is that Americans are increasingly aware of their blatant bias, and their attempts to discredit Trump are producing the opposite result.
