Sen. Orrin Hatch Introduces A Balanced Budget Amendment

Utah Senator Orrin Hatch is working to freeze some of our excessive spending. With our GDP and national debt nearly equal, the time seems right. Hatch is introducing a bill to create a balanced budget amendment. He spoke with Americans for Limited Government about what this would mean. Reporter Frank McCaffrey has the story.
