The fight for liberty continues. With today’s ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen.

President Trump says there will be an orderly transfer of power on January 20th. This is an important statement confirming what each of us who has supported the President always knew would occur once every legal recourse was exhausted. Sadly, Joe Biden will become president in spite of his fraudulent ascendency to office.

Trump is also right not to concede, because that would be to accept fraud. Americans have faced four years of the left’s resistance to the honest election results of 2016, and we have a responsibility to engage in peaceful but vigorous resistance to any and all actions which threaten the individual rights of Americans using all legal means at our disposal.

I hope Trump will lead a movement to restore election integrity by re-establishing the principle of one person, one vote so that the legitimacy of our federal government can be restored. As for us, we will stay in this fight and hope you will join us.

Left wing economists are downplaying the economic devastation caused by Covid lockdowns claiming that ALL states are hurting economically because of COVID. NOT TRUE. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. “Let us state the point very slowly and concisely so our liberal friends understand what is going on here. These are the things we know with virtual certainty after 10 months of the virus.”

Lockdowns have had very limited impact in reducing death rates from the virus, in fact, harder lockdowns correlate with slightly more deaths. The only statistically significant impact of lockdowns is they do SEVERE and potentially long-term damage to the local and state businesses and workers where they are enforced. Almost all of the severe lockdowns are in blue states with Democratic governors and these are the states with VERY HIGH unemployment rates. Should President Trump concede the 2020 election, political scientists are already considering a Trump comeback in 2024. Grover Cleveland had a second non-consecutive term in 1892 when he beat incumbent Benjamin Harrison. Should Biden win in this year’s election, the conditions would appear ripe for Donald Trump to make a comeback.

President Trump threatens to veto the Covid relief bill which gave a disgraceful $600 to Americans who have had their businesses closed for months.
