If you’re curious about how your hard earned tax dollars are being spent, take one look at this “Curious Kitty”, brought to you by our friends at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, with the following caption:

ALG Perspective: We need a taxpayer funded “curious kitty” to teach our children they need to be aware of things in their environment that may be unhealthy to them? Isn’t that what parents are for? Or have we become the Nanny States of America?
