High School relationship drama has descended once again on the U.S. Captiol. With tonight’s State of the Union address attempting to look bipartisan for the TV cameras, Congressmen and women are sitting in bipartisan twosomes.
So, all the members of Congress are seeking “seat dates”. Which leads to Eric Cantor being denied.
Cantor asked Nancy Pelosi to be his seat date. But in a funny chain of events, and possible quite fortunate for Cantor, Pelosi announced that she was already going with her “friend” Rep. Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD).
There you have it folks, Congress looks like an episode of The OC or something.
