The executive order that Obama is considering which would require all federal contractors to disclose their political donations before being considered for government contracts is now catching heat from the left. House Republicans have already threatened to draft legislation which would override Obama’s possible order.
Over the past couple of weeks, several top Democrats in both chambers of Congress have come forth criticizing the proposed order. These top Democrats include Sen. Joe Lieberman, Sen. Claire McCaskill, and Rep. Steny Hoyer.
