BREAKING: Obama makes more controversial recess appointments; 3 to the NLRB

Barack Obama made more controversial, and possibly unconstitutional recess appointments Wednesday afternoon. After appointing Richard Cordray as the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau this morning, Obama decided it was time to fill three open seats on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

The new NLRB appointees are Sharon Block, Terence F. Flynn, and Richard Griffin.
