Wisconsin Judge reverse the will of the people

ALG responds to the decision by a judge in Wisconsin to reverse the much-needed reforms to collective bargaining:

It is distressing that a judge in Wisconsin has chosen to usurp the will of the people in dealing with core financial issues. State elected officials established collective bargaining for public employees, and they have an absolute right and responsibility to end them in order to restore control over the major cost centers of government.
