Red States Could Have Upper Hand in Possible Biden Presidency. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen.

In an ironic twist, the United States Supreme Court let stand a lower court ruling that the federal government could not withhold appropriated law enforcement dollars from the state of California – even though it refused to enforce federal immigration policy. This could have big implications for a potential Biden presidency.

Assuming that the Supreme Court applies the same regard to conservative states as they have given the state of California, these states can resist a potential Biden administration’s encroachment on their state policies. The supreme Court said the federal government cannot force states to enforce or administer a federal regulatory program.

With the GOP controlling the legislative branch in thirty-one states next year, almost half the states could opt-out or outright reject the most egregious federal policies, effectively neutering Biden on domestic policy.

Excuse me if I’m not willing to unite behind Biden. with the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. Nothing feels right about what is happening in America. Not the fraudulent election results, not the politicized court rulings, and not the biased media coverage. All have converged in a perfect storm to steal this election from Donald Trump. I don’t believe for one second that Creepy, Sleepy, Hidin’ Joe Biden won this election. If he is sworn into office, it will be the result of voter fraud, biased judges, and a mainstream media-Big Tech alliance to censor the news. For the past four years I’ve endured the fake news stories of Russian collusion, impeachment, children in cages, Melania’s wardrobe, Ivanka’s wardrobe, Trump’s diet, and on and on. The Left wants to pretend Trump never existed. Like the Civil War statues they are tearing down, they are already tearing down Trump’s legacy. They are just so eager to return to the status quo. I am not.

Reap what you sow, Governor Cuomo. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. It’s payback time for New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who declared his state a sanctuary state and refused to obey federal immigration laws. Now many New York sheriffs are refusing to enforce his draconian Covid edicts. Cuomo’s sudden discovery that civil disobedience works both ways as local sheriffs are choosing not to enforce his edicts is refreshing to Americans who watched as Cuomo and other far-left mayors and governors engaged in harboring illegal aliens from deportation.

Cuomo and California Gov. Newsom, along with cities like San Francisco, Seattle and Portland, have set the predicate that local and state jurisdictions don’t have to follow federal law. In Seattle and Portland, they have refused to provide citizens with the protections promised by state law. Those elected officials are now discovering the ugly truth that without the consent of the governed, they are like the emperor with no clothes, just foolish, vain and naked for the world to see. Karl Marx’ socialist ideal almost killed the Pilgrim colony and it was only through private ownership of property that a true Thanksgiving feast was established.

November of 1621 marked one-year in the New World for a band of what began as 35 English religious separatists and 67 entrepreneurs who had landed on the shores of New England. In their first winter, harsh conditions and diseases like pneumonia and scurvy led to the death of forty-five of the original 102.

Prior to sailing, the Pilgrims had signed a seven year contract stipulating that, “all profits and benefits … shall be pooled for the common benefit. In other words, socialism.

The first two-years were a disaster with shortages and starvation. After two-years, the Pilgrims decided to end the common goods experiment and established private property rights in the colony.

The nightmare that is Obamacare. with the ALG minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. The Supreme Court is considering for a third time the fate of Obamacare. It is an opportunity to recognize the harm the law has caused and force Congress to do something about it. Did you know that Obamacare banned group policies for companies with family-only employees. Insurers could no longer enroll businesses in group plans unless at least one non-family member was employed by the business. This cost a good friend of mine and his family their insurance in 2014. So much for the promise, ‘if you like your plan, you can keep your plan.’ That was a lie. Ever since then, my friend has scrambled each year to find affordable insurance for his family. Instead of expanding insurance options for individual buyers, Obamacare narrowed them for most people.

Obamacare has been a disaster for Americans, doing more harm than good.
We’d like to see it killed once and for all. We can do better.

A compelling and virtually irrefutable case of massive voter fraud. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. Former New York City Mayor and U.S. attorney Rudy Giuliani made President Trump’s legal case — but you won’t hear about it from the main stream media or even on social media — both are ignoring it.

Showing affidavits from election officials, Giuliani described chaos in vote counting centers. In one city, poll workers imported as many as 100,000 ballots and repeatedly submitted the same ballot into voting machines, counting a single ballot multiple times. Giuliani’s assertion that the president of the United States won Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes and Michigan by 50,000 votes means the very legitimacy of our republic is at stake.

This is about more than who becomes president. It is about Americans’ ability to have any level of confidence that our election system has not be fatally compromised.
