I made this quick video the other day to show just how easy it is to create a video for our Harmful Regulations Video Contest. It’s so easy, that it took less than 10 minutes to create this. Using a relatively cheap video camera, I recorded a brief video (below) on how food regulations drive prices up in Virginia. Once I had the video filmed, I simply plugged the camera into my computer, dragged and dropped the file onto my desktop and then uploaded it to my YouTube account. It’s pretty easy! So there is no reason that you shouldn’t be able to make a video for the contest and possibly win $2,500!
