The senate passed Senator Tom Cotton’s amendment to the budget reconciliation package by a fifty to forty-nine vote. CRT is a Marxist construct developed in the nineteen-seventies and eighties. It promotes the idea that racism is systemic in the nation’s institutions and that they function to maintain the dominance of white people in society. Senator Cotton – who posted a video of himself addressing the senate chamber – said that he was raised to believe that the U.S. is a great nation and called CRT an un-American ideology. The Left wants to teach our children that America is not a good nation, but a racist nation. President Joe Biden has now revealed there is at least one area in which he is a fiscal conservative. Border security. With today’s Americans for Limited Government minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. The Biden administration has presented Congress with a Department of Homeland Security budget that calls for slashing spending on what it calls “Border Security Assets and Infrastructure” by ninety-six percent. Biden wants to cut Integrated Fixed Towers; Remote Video Surveillance Systems; Mobile Video Surveillance System; and the Border Wall System Program. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas discussed his department’s budget request in the Senate Homeland Security Committee. He admitted there is no request for additional border wall construction. To which Senator Rob Portman of Ohio expressed incredulity. Quote – “You’re not providing yourself with the tools you need to be able to allow the Border Patrol to do their job.” He is right. Biden will not secure the border. Why did the Left push Cuomo out of office, but not Joe Biden? It’s because Cuomo is no longer useful to the party. Biden is still useful. Clearly, Democrats are pulling Biden’s strings. Why doesn’t anyone like Kamala? With Today’s Americans for Limited Government Minute. I’m Catherine Mortensen. To try to answer that question, a group of Democrat women political strategists gathered for a dinner last month in D.C. According to Axios news the group was comprised of former Hillary Clinton and Obama advisors. No one from Harris’ office was present for the dinner but “Harris confidant Minyon Moore” attended, according to the report. The group discussed best practices for fighting back against negative perceptions of Harris, as she has suffered a series of political setbacks in the first six months of the Biden presidency. The group also complained that coverage of Harris reminded them of the coverage of Hillary Clinton which they perceived as sexist.
Polls show Harris as the least popular vice president in modern history.

According to the report, a New York Times reporter said in that in early 2020 he was told it was dangerous to run a piece about the origins of the coronavirus. There was resistance to running anything that could suggest that [COVID-19 was manmade or had leaked accidentally from a lab]. ‘It was considered a conspiracy theory,’ confirms a second Times insider. ‘ The fact that Trump embraced it also made it a no-go.’ In the years before COVID, revenue from China was an integral part of the Times’s business model. The paper received millions of dollars from Chinese government-controlled outlets and published ‘advertorials’ pushing the Chinese government’s line. President Biden just blew off the Supreme Court! With today’s Americans for Limited Government Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen. Just two months ago the Court ruled that the Centers for Disease Control could not unilaterally extend the eviction moratorium. The Court said that would require – quote – clear and specific congressional authorization. Congress didn’t give it. But progressive Democrats pressured Biden into defying the court. So, the CDC issued a new moratorium giving renters another two months to come up with the rent money. Biden even admits it is just a way to buy additional time until the court strikes it down again! I don’t want people thrown out on the street. But I also don’t want landlords to get stiffed. There are millions of mom-and-pop landlords who own a house here, a duplex there, a small apartment building two streets down.
