In an ironic twist, the United States Supreme Court let stand a lower court ruling that the federal government could not withhold appropriated law enforcement dollars from the state of California – even though it refused to enforce federal immigration policy. This could have big implications for a potential Biden presidency.

Assuming that the Supreme Court applies the same regard to conservative states as they have given the state of California, these states can resist a potential Biden administration’s encroachment on their state policies. The supreme Court said the federal government cannot force states to enforce or administer a federal regulatory program.

With the GOP controlling the legislative branch in thirty-one states next year, almost half the states could opt-out or outright reject the most egregious federal policies, effectively neutering Biden on domestic policy.

Biden plans to ban the manufacture, sale, and possession of a host of popular semiautomatic firearms. Number five – Biden would bring back a failed Obama-era housing scheme that would morph our suburbs into inner city Detroit.

Celebrating International Religious Freedom Day. With the ALG Minute, I’m Catherine Mortensen.
This week the U.S. Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia recognized the plight of the oppressed Uyghur Muslims in China on International Religious Freedom Day.
Many people around the world do not enjoy the freedom to practice their faith, but instead face persecution for their religious beliefs. The Uyghur Muslims and other religious and ethnic minorities in China have been forced into state-sponsored labor and re-education camps by the Chinese Communist Party.
The growing push to divest U.S. retirement accounts from non-transparent, child and slave-owning Chinese companies gained momentum last week when Sen. Kelly Loeffler of Georgia sent a letter to Scalia requesting the federal government block human rights-abusing companies from American investment eligibility.
We thank Scalia and Loeffler for taking a tough, principled stand against the abuses of the Chinese Communist Party and call on everyone to join in the growing movement to divest from China.

The U.S. Senate has confirmed Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court by a vote of 52 to 48, creating a new 6 to 3 majority of Republican-appointed justices on the nation’s highest court—and the Democratic Party is in an absolute panic over the outcome. Almost as soon as Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away, Democrats were already threatening to abolish the filibuster in order to amend the Judiciary Act of 1869 and pack the Supreme Court — increasing the threshold way beyond the current nine justices set by law. The whole time, former Vice President Joe Biden has refused to tell the American people what he will do on packing the court if he wins the election. On Oct. 10, Ross DiMattei on KTNV told Biden that “packing the courts” is “the number one thing I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple days” and asked, “Don’t the voters deserve to know?” To which Biden declared, “No they don’t [deserve to know]…” That followed Biden in Phoenix on Oct. 8 similarly refusing to answer the question on court-packing, stating, “You’ll know my position on court-packing the day after the election.” And should Biden win, the American people will get to find out exactly what his administration might do.

Biden says he would “lock down” the economy again to combat the spread of Covid-19.

Biden’s only experience with job creation, has been creating jobs for his son, Hunter, through graft and corruption.

Under Biden, millions of American workers would lose their jobs, families would struggle to pay higher taxes, and many would be forced into unions against their will.
